Beatball is a new multi sports and entertainment venue that brings multiple crossover sports combining the best skill sets from many different sporting disciplines. The sports are played inside a giant MMA style Cage on a Patented Air Cushioned Platform. It's a great exercise and develops hand-eye coordination, faster reaction times and team building and is also very fun!

A variety of patents have been granted in Australia and the US to protect the concept design. Beatball Volley is a variation on volleyball and incorporates soccer skills using feet, head, knees, shoulders and chest. A ball slammed in or landing on the opponent's trampoline red mat zones on the full counts as a "Bull's Eye" and wins 2 points. The first team to reach 25 points wins the match.

The game can be used by a single player, or teams of up to 4 players. The game is governed by the same rules as baseball (assumptions are made that all participants have a basic knowledge of the game) with a few additional rules specific to Beatball:

Polly, Capital FM’s fabulous breakfast presenter and all round super star will be joining us on Sunday afternoon for a kick-about and dance off on Roald Dahl Plas. She'll be playing alongside a few of our lovely community Beatballers who you may recognise from their voice over work with BBC Wales and other companies. Hopefully they'll be able to show off their moves and impress Polly!
